Description
My name is Dr. Schuyler Archambault, and I’m a licensed physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist with a passion for helping women thrive during pregnancy and beyond. With years of experience working with prenatal and postpartum clients, my goal is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support to maintain strength, manage discomfort, and prepare your body for childbirth and recovery.
This self-paced program is designed to guide you through safe, effective, and evidence-based exercises tailored to the unique changes your body undergoes during pregnancy.
Each session will focus on:
- 3-4 days/week 30-40 minutes strength program, with recommendations for cardiovascular exercise.
- Strengthening key muscle groups to support your growing baby.
- Improving posture and alignment to reduce common aches and pains.
- Enhancing flexibility and pelvic mobility for a smoother delivery.
- Learning breathing techniques to support relaxation and labor preparation.
- With the resources, you will learn about diastasis recti, managing low back pain, and when to stop vs what is okay with exercise.
