Before you proceed to our booking platform:
Personal Training Sessions:
If you are looking to schedule personal training services, please schedule an initial consultation to discuss your experience with exercise, injury history, goals etc. This is required prior to your first 1:1 session or starting remote training. We will discuss scheduling during the call.
Physical Therapy Appointments:
Please email email@example.com or text 617-340-9114 to schedule all physical therapy services. Please include three of your desired days/times for your initial session, and I will do my best to accommodate you!
New here and not sure where to start?
If we have not yet worked together, book a Complimentary Initial Consultation. That will give us an opportunity to discuss why you are seeking treatment or training and decide if we are a good fit to work together and, if so, determine how to best meet your needs and goals moving forward.
