Description
My name is Dr. Schuyler Archambault, and I’m a licensed physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist with a passion for helping women thrive during pregnancy and beyond. With years of experience working with prenatal and postpartum clients, my goal is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support to maintain strength, manage discomfort, and prepare your body for childbirth and recovery.
This self-paced program is designed to guide you through safe, effective, and evidence-based exercises tailored to the unique changes your body undergoes during pregnancy and postpartum.
Each session will focus on:
- 30-week program broken down into 4 phases.
- 3-4 days/week strength program, with recommendations for cardiovascular exercise.
- Strengthening key muscle groups to support your body and caring for your baby.
- Improving posture and alignment to reduce common aches and pains.
- With the resources, you will learn about diastasis recti, managing low back pain, return to run program, and how to lift and carry your baby.
Equipment Needed
- Dumbbells or barbells
- Anything assigned with a barbell or kettlebell can be substituted for a dumbbell
- Mini bands (click here for link)

- Bench, couch or ottoman
- Box, step or stair
- Slider or socks on hard wood floor
