You will receive your Welcome Packet, Ebook, and goal-setting worksheet download immediately. The link to schedule your first call with Schuyler is in the welcome packet, where you will discuss your goals and create a personalized program. If you do not see a day/time that works for you, please reach out so Schuyler can accommodate your schedule. After the call, you will be able to fill out your calendar and goal-setting worksheet. Each week you will receive a video from Schuyler discussing a topic of the week, an at-home bodyweight workout, and a recipe for the week. Schuyler will check in with you weekly to keep you accountable. You will schedule your second two calls after the first is completed.
