3. Listen to Your Body:

Pay attention to how your body responds. If you notice signs of overtraining, fatigue, or persistent soreness, it might be time for a change sooner than planned. Conversely, if you’re still enjoying your routine and seeing progress, there’s no rush to switch things up.
