About Schuyler
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Over the past 4+ years I have worked in Boston as a Physical Therapist with patients experiencing orthopedic conditions. In addition, I have spent over 8 years as a personal trainer. In that time I have greatly enjoyed progressing patients through physical therapy and furthering their progressions and achievements post-physical therapy through personal training. I have since decided to open a business where clients can seamlessly transition from physical therapy treatment back into the gym, returning them to sports and helping them attain the most out of life.
As a lifelong athlete, I grew up playing competitive sports and loving anything fitness and health-related. During my time playing college soccer, I suffered an ACL tear resulting in two knee surgeries. As many may know, ACL surgery comes with a lot of physical therapy and strength training. This experience led me to my passion for helping athletes return to their full potential. I currently work with recreational athletes who are looking to start or continue their fitness journey to age better later on in life.
When I am not treating or training clients, I am usually on a walk, hiking, running, playing tennis, or at the beach. I believe in the power of movement to keep your mind and body feeling their best.
