About Schuyler
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Over the past 4+ years I have worked in Boston as a Physical Therapist with patients experiencing orthopedic conditions. In addition, I have spent over 8 years as a personal trainer. In that time I have greatly enjoyed progressing patients through physical therapy and furthering their progressions and achievements post-physical therapy through personal training. I have since decided to open a business where clients can seamlessly transition from physical therapy treatment back into the gym, returning them to sports and helping them attain the most out of life.
As a lifelong athlete, I grew up playing competitive sports and loving anything fitness and health-related. During my time playing college soccer, I suffered an ACL tear resulting in two knee surgeries. As many may know, ACL surgery comes with a lot of physical therapy and strength training. This experience led me to my passion for helping athletes return to their full potential. I currently work with busy desk workers who are looking to start or continue their fitness journey to age better later on in life, who don’t want to spend hours in the gym.
When I am not treating or training clients, I am usually on a walk, hiking, running, playing tennis, or at the beach. I believe in the power of movement to keep your mind and body feeling their best.
